  1. Email me at whitneyelainedesigns@gmail.com about a design already on my website or send me an example of a logo, invite, announcement, etc that you want recreated to fit your needs.
  2. Pay your Invoice (which I will email you)
  3. And then it begins!! 

For a Blog Design
  1. Choose a design 
  2. Fill out an ORDER FORM
  3. Pay your Invoice (which I will e-mail to you)
  4. And then it begins!!


PAYMENT: Payments are received via Pay-Pal. At this time, no other forms of payment are accepted. Payment on all orders is due up front and must be received before any design has been started. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an invoice thru e-mail for the amount you owe on your design. Your name will not be added to the waiting list until payment has been made in full. All payments are non-refundable.

INSTALLATION: To install your blog design I will need access to your Blogger account. This includes your username and password. I fully respect your privacy and will NEVER share your information.

COMMUNICATION: All communication is conducted via email. Please be sure to check your email throughout this process.

Once I have contacted you to proceed with your design if I do not hear from you for a period of one business week without notice, your name will be moved down on the wait list so that I can proceed with my other clients. If I do not hear from a client for two weeks without notice the project will be dropped and no funds paid will be returned.

REVISIONS: Upon completion of the draft of your design, you will receive as many additions/revisions as necessary to make your design what YOU want. After your design has been approved and installed, further revisions will be made at a charge of $20 per hour.

DIGITAL FILES
Most blog designs use digital scrapbook kits or digital images purchased from istockphoto. As per the Terms of Use on any digital scrapbook site, I cannot share these files with you and they will only be used for your blog. I will invoice you for the cost of the kit and will then purchase the files and pay for any commercial fees.If you would like a scrapbook style blog, I will send you a list with the designers that I work with.

WAIT LIST: Work is on a first come, first serve basis. An estimated wait list will always be available on the main site. The estimate is of course, AN ESTIMATE.

COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS: By purchasing a custom design, the client is given the right to display a design by Whitney Elaine Designs but does not have rights to edit or alter the design in any way. You may add/edit any gadgets or posts on your blog but may not share, alter, or copy any part of a layout, template, or blog design. If at any time you choose to edit or replace any elements from your custom design you must reset your template and remove all elements designed by Whitney Elaine Designs.
You may not create or edit any graphics from your design or hire another designer to create coordinating graphics for a design done by Whitney Elaine Designs. If you would like to have your design updated, please contact me at whitneyelainedesigns@gmail.com
Each client must adhere to U.S. Copyright Law. Failure to do so could result in legal action.

CREDIT: All blogs that have been designed by me MUST have a credit linking to my site. This is something I will take care of, but it is your responsibility to keep this on your blog until your design has been completely removed.

DISCLAIMER
I do reserve the right to refuse any design which might be considered offensive or over explicit in nature.
